We had a great experience working with this group. Our problems began in the spring when a woodpecker tried to make holes and build a nest with multiple entry points in the stucco facade. We scared her away but she kept returning to make more holes. The quote he gave us was fair and reasonable, and far less than quotes from other stucco repair places. He came out to inspect the damage within a day or two of our inquiry, and the work was completed the following week. It took two guys a few hours. The finished work looks impeccable, no visible signs of repair, the stucco color matches perfectly. And the bird has not returned! The second thing that I personally think was amazing, was he gave us instructions on how to repair an opening in the side of the house near the hose spigot and siding where some wasps were beginning to set up a nest. My husband was able to take care of evicting the wasps and sealing up the entry point on his own thanks to their expert advice. Highly highly highly recommend, excellent work ethic, fair pricing, and very professional.
Mike and his crew did an incredible job repairing all of our damaged EIFS and repainting our entire house. He also applied a 2nd coat of EIFS including mesh to the entire front of our house. Our house looks brand new. They are meticulous when it comes to even the smallest detail. They work quickly, quietly, and are extremely neat. All of the trash and scraps were completely removed from our property when the job was finished. They finished the job almost 1 week ahead of schedule. I highly recommend them.
